Sweet & Healthy Chocolate Treats

Ingredients:

• 3 Tb of coconut oil

• 1/4 c of cacao powder

• 1/2 c of ground nuts  (almonds, hazelnuts – or cashews work great too!)

• 3/4 c unsweetened shredded coconut

• 1 Tb of raw honey

• parchment paper

How to make:

1. Melt the honey and coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

2. Once combined, add the cacao, ground nuts and coconut and mix together in a bowl. (FYI: A Magic Bullet works great to ground the nuts).

3. Pour mixture onto a small baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Form into a square when cool to touch.

4. Refrigerate until hardened. Break into bite size servings.

*Best to store in a container in refrigerator or freezer
