3-Minute "Immune-Boosting" Ginger Citrus-Lime Mocktail

This simple and easy to make spritzer is tasty and refreshing without the alcohol, high calories or sugar crash.

INGREDIENTS:

Ice, small handful

1-2 Tablespoons of Ginger Juice (see below)

1-2 Tablespoons of Fresh Lime, squeezed - 1/2 - to a whole

3/4 cup of Sparkling Water (I love Gerolsteiner!)

Optional: Stevia, Monk Fruit or POM (for a bit of sweetness)

TIP: Ginger juice—you can make a batch of this in your juicer or blender - ginger juice can last in the fridge for 5 days or freeze into ice cubes. If using a blender, peel the ginger and blend. Then strain the pulp and add some water to the juice.

PREP:

Fill a glass with a small handful of ice (or omit ice if it’s a cold, wintery day ;-) Add all the ingredients above. Stir. Top with mint sprig or a few berries if you like.
